E-commerce · Problem 02

“We manufacture, but only sell through retailers, wholesalers or Amazon.”

The margin stays with the retailer, and so does the customer data. When the wholesaler trims the range, you notice it in your capacity. Your own channel is not a shop plug-in – it is a piece of your business, with logistics, payment methods, legal requirements and visibility.

Sound familiar?

  • You do not know who your end customers are – the retailer does.
  • Amazon eats fees and control, and nobody has ever calculated for you whether it pays.
  • B2B customers order by email and phone, and every order is manual work.
  • There has already been a shop attempt. It failed because of shipping, returns or a lack of visitors.
  • You have good products and nobody outside the industry knows them.

What you end up with

A channel that fits your business: shop or B2B portal, payment methods, shipping, legal texts, visibility through content instead of advertising budget. And an honest answer to the Amazon question: when it pays – and when it does not. I built this for my own brand and have been running it for years.

How I work

Three steps, no project theatre.

  1. 01

    Calculate before building

Margin through retail versus margin direct, costs of logistics and payment methods, realistic visitor numbers. If the channel cannot carry itself, I tell you the day after.

  2. 02

Build the channel the way a business needs it

Shop or B2B ordering portal, connected to stock and invoicing, shipping logic, legal texts. Nothing your team cannot operate.

  3. 03

    Become visible, without an agency

Content that customers really search for, in a structure that lasts. Newsletters and customer questions that largely take care of themselves.

In my own business

This is exactly how I solved it in my own company.

Apres Allstars

Own shop in five languages, B2B channel, Amazon, retail in seven countries. 100,000 glasses a year. Kickstarter funded in under three hours.

Newsletter and chatbot

The newsletter builds itself from the shop, the chatbot answers customer questions from a maintained knowledge base. Both run in my business, and I will show you both.

My own tools, in real operation

These are the tools I run for this.

I don’t talk about process optimisation. I rebuilt my own manufacturing business with it – and I’ll show you.

Pulls products and content from the shop, writes the draft, sends via the mailing system. A day of work becomes an hour of checking.

The Test Bench on site

One day in your business – by the evening you know how much the solution saves or adds in revenue.

Two days of work, zero risk: you only pay once you know the number – and only if it adds up for you.

First, a 20-minute call: Do you make or sell products? How many people? Which process hurts the most?

  1. freeDay 1

    The Test Bench

    Analysis on site

I come to your business and walk through the one process with the people who do it every day. Numbers, routes, exceptions – everything that isn’t in a spreadsheet.

  2. freeDay 2

    The Solution

    Solution and estimate

I build the solution and do the maths. By the evening you have two pages: what it saves or adds in revenue, in euros – and a clear no if it isn’t worth it.

  3. fixed priceDay 3

    The Installation

    Installation and handover

The solution goes into your business: integration, data, training your people, documentation. At the fixed price agreed on day 2.

The one-third guarantee

You pay at most one third of what the solution saves or earns you. If that doesn’t add up, you get no offer – just an honest no. The fixed price is set at the end of day 2, before you buy anything.

On day 1 you see my own ERP, my bookkeeping and my shop live – that’s how my business has been running for years.
