Privacy policy

In short: this site sets no cookies, uses no tracking and does not load anything from third-party servers by itself. Data only arises when you write to me or start a video.

This is a translation for your convenience. The German version is the legally binding one.

2. Hosting and server log files

The site is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When a page is requested, the server automatically processes technical access data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type, referring page). This data is used to deliver the site and for security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted after a short time. A data processing agreement is in place with the host.

3. Request forms and contact

If you use one of the request forms or contact me by email or phone, I process the details you provide (name, company, email, phone, your message) in order to answer your request and stay in contact (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is sent to me by email and is not passed on to third parties. I delete it once the request has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Newsletter and downloads in return for your email address

If you sign up for the newsletter or request a file in return for your email address, I store your email address, the time, the IP address (as proof of consent and against abuse), the source of the sign-up and the language of the page. You first receive a confirmation email (double opt-in); the sign-up only takes effect once you click the link (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The data is stored exclusively on the server at ALL-INKL.COM in Germany – no newsletter service provider is involved. Every email contains an unsubscribe link; clicking it withdraws your consent, and the address is marked as unsubscribed. On request I will delete it completely.

5. No cookies, no tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or marketing tools. Fonts and images are loaded from its own server, not from Google or other providers.

6. Videos from YouTube

Videos are embedded in such a way that only a preview image from this site’s own server is loaded when the page is opened. Only when you click “Play video” is the player loaded via YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). In the process, data such as your IP address is transferred to YouTube; the provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. A transfer to the USA is possible. YouTube may store information in your browser during playback. The legal basis is your consent given by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without a click, no transfer takes place.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
